Senior Tool Technician

As a Senior Tool Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our tools meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You’ll be leading the way in operational excellence by:

  • Overseeing Tool Preparation: Manage the assembly and preparation of Driver tools, guaranteeing they’re field-ready.
  • Troubleshooting and Inspections: Conduct detailed inspections, identify issues, and ensure tools meet rigorous field-readiness standards.
  • Delivering Excellence: Coordinate the delivery process, ensuring tools are handed over accurately and on time to field operations.
  • Mentoring Talent: Guide and train Junior Tool Technicians, sharing expertise in assembly and field processes.
  • Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous documentation on tool performance, maintenance, and field reports to uphold reliability.

Junior Tool Technician

Kickstart your career and grow your skills as a Junior Tool Technician. You'll gain hands-on experience in tool assembly and field operations by:

  • Assisting in Assembly: Work closely with the Senior Tool Technician to assemble and prepare Driver tools to exact specifications.
  • Supporting Quality Checks: Participate in troubleshooting and quality inspections to ensure tools are up to standard.
  • Enhancing Logistics: Assist in the timely delivery of tools to the field, ensuring seamless handovers.
  • Building Expertise: Develop practical skills and knowledge in tool assembly and field requirements through mentorship and on-the-job experience.
  • Upholding Safety Standards: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols
