Paradigm Appoints Lead HR Business Partner, To Support Growth

Paradigm has appointed Aimee Fowlie as their HR Business Partner. Based at their Aberdeen base, Aimee brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise in human resources gained from her 10+ years of experience in roles in the industry, including TAQA Well Completions and Total.

Aimee will play a key role in developing and implementing Paradigm’s HR strategies that align with the company's mission, goals, and values to support its expansion plans.
