The pipe cleaning or unblocking of unpiggable pipelines presents unique challenges which require innovative solutions; Flexi-Coil® delivers with a low cost, platform based solution.
- Ability to traverse multiple 5D bends in pipeline systems.
- Lightweight and flexible pipe, reduces capstan friction, reducing corner entry and exit loads.
- Allows passage through significantly more complex riser paths than conventional coiled tubing.
- Reduces risk of pipeline loading and abrasion in contrast with conventional coiled tubing packages

- A lightweight and modular skid design allows for deployment in congested laydown areas and remotely from riser tie-in. Flexi-Coil® has previously been deployed successfully on both FPSOs and platforms.
